1. Mobile Health and Nutrition Team (MHNT) Lead
- Education Requirement: Health Officer (HO), Public Health, or BSc Nursing Degree/Diploma from a recognized university or health college.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency health/nutrition programs, MHNT, and community-based services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily MHNT operations, outreach services, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, and referrals in line with national guidelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and build capacity for health staff to maintain clinical standards.
- Manage medical supplies, patient documentation, quality assurance, and community structure collaborations.

2. Project Coordinator – Multi-Sectoral Rapid Response
- Scope: Integrated Tier 2 rapid response covering WASH, Health, Nutrition, Protection, and Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA).
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Disaster Risk Management, Nutrition, WASH, or related disciplines.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience coordinating multi-sectoral humanitarian programs (with at least 2 years in an NGO setting). Prior experience in Rapid Response Mechanisms (e.g., ET-RRM) is required.
- Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, implementation, budgeting, donor compliance, narrative/financial reporting, and partnership coordination with government sector offices.
- Language Skill: Knowledge of local language (Afaan Oromoo) is mandatory.

3. Mobile Health and Nutrition Midwife Assistant
- Education Requirement: BSc Degree in Midwifery from a recognized university or health college.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in maternal and child health service delivery (BEmONC, ANC, PNC, family planning) at a public health facility, reproductive clinic, or MHNT setting.
- Key Responsibilities: Deliver basic emergency obstetric and newborn care (BEmONC); provide antenatal, postnatal, and adolescent reproductive health education; conduct community health sessions; maintain HMIS data.
- Language Skill: Knowledge of local language (Afaan Oromoo) is mandatory.

4. Mobile Health and Nutrition Nurse Assistant
- Education Requirement: BSc Nursing Degree/Diploma, or Health Officer (HO) qualification.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical management, emergency health/nutrition programs, MHNT, or community outreach. Training in IMNCI, EPI, or CMAM is an advantage.
- Key Responsibilities: Execute IMNCI protocols for sick children; conduct growth monitoring, MUAC screening, SAM/MAM management, routine immunizations, and vaccine cold chain monitoring; manage medical supply stock records.
- Language Skill: Knowledge of local language (Afaan Oromoo) is mandatory.
