Open Positions
1. Senior Internal Auditor – Oro Beef Business
- Job Purpose: Provide continuous, risk-based internal audit coverage and end-to-end assurance over the entire Oro Beef business cycle—from cattle procurement, quarantine, fattening, veterinary care, slaughtering, carcass processing, and meat inventory to final export and revenue disposition.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Veterinary Science, or an Agricultural-related discipline combined with audit/finance experience.
- Professional Certifications: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CRMA (Certified Risk Management Assurance) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years for Master’s degree holders or 8 years for Bachelor’s degree holders in internal/external audit. Specific experience in livestock, cattle fattening, slaughtering, or meat export operations is highly preferred.
- Key Competencies: Cattle-to-cash traceability, feed conversion ratio (FCR) analysis, dressing percentage reconciliation, ERP/Odoo exception analytics, and fraud risk investigation.
2. Head of Solution Development (Top Urgent)
- Job Purpose: Lead the design, enterprise integration, workflow automation, and deployment of scalable digital solutions to support Kerchanshe Group’s paperless enterprise and AI-enabled digital transformation across manufacturing, export, trading, logistics, and agricultural units.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Management.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years (BSc) or 6 years (MSc) in enterprise software engineering/digital solutions, including at least 5 years in a software development leadership role.
- Key Competencies: Enterprise system integration (ERP/D365FO/Odoo), API/middleware frameworks, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), low-code automation, and technology governance.
3. Power BI Developer II (Top Urgent)
- Job Purpose: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI architecture and automated data pipelines across agriculture, coffee, and meat operations—consolidating ERP systems, custom applications, and operational data into a single source of truth.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields. Microsoft Power BI or Data Analyst Associate certifications are an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years (BSc) or 3 years (MSc) of hands-on experience in Power BI, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions.
- Key Competencies: DAX modeling, Power Query/ETL pipelines, Azure Data Factory, star/snowflake schemas, row-level security (RLS), and D365FO ERP integrations.
4. Farm Manager
- Job Purpose: Oversee and manage all farm establishment, crop protection, irrigation systems, resource allocations (human, material, financial), and production of high-quality coffee and secondary crops.
- Educational Qualification: BSc or MSc Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or related agricultural fields. Specialized training in Farm Mechanization is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in managing agricultural farm operations. Direct experience with coffee farm establishment and operations is highly advantageous.
- Key Competencies: Integrated Pest Management (IPM), soil/water quality testing, nursery management, predator fencing, trellis systems, and seasonal harvest scheduling.
5. Cashier Accountant
- Job Purpose: Manage daily financial and collection transactions at the auto showroom, including vehicle sales receipts, issuing official Cash Receipt Vouchers (CRVs), logging transactions into Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and handling petty cash disbursements.
- Key Responsibilities: Generate official sales invoices/receipts, count/verify payment modes (cash, cheques, transfers), post daily collections into D365 ERP, and maintain petty cash replenishments.
