Trainee Banker
- Vacancy Quantity: 25 Positions
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa (On-Site across key branch departments including Tellers, Accounts, and Customer Service)
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Entry-level training leading to permanent roles)
- Salary: As per the Bank’s attractive salary scale
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of study.
- Graduation Year: 2018 E.C. (2026 G.C.) fresh graduates only.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.50 and above.
- Work Experience: 0 Years (Fresh Graduates / Entry Level).
- Key Competencies & Skills: Strong communication, accounting, and business management skills.
