Job Summary
Responsible for digital loan processing, customer engagement, and managing client relationships through digital platforms. The role focuses strongly on communication, support, and online loan facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with digital loan applications
- Verify loan documents for accuracy & completeness
- Maintain customer relationships using social media & digital platforms
- Follow up loan disbursement and repayment
- Prepare loan performance reports
- Work with finance team during approval & processing
- Stay updated on digital lending systems & market trends
- Support marketing initiatives for digital loan products
Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting & Finance, Economics or related field
- 1โ2 years experience in digital loan, microfinance or banking is required
