Job Summary

Responsible for digital loan processing, customer engagement, and managing client relationships through digital platforms. The role focuses strongly on communication, support, and online loan facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with digital loan applications
  • Verify loan documents for accuracy & completeness
  • Maintain customer relationships using social media & digital platforms
  • Follow up loan disbursement and repayment
  • Prepare loan performance reports
  • Work with finance team during approval & processing
  • Stay updated on digital lending systems & market trends
  • Support marketing initiatives for digital loan products

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting & Finance, Economics or related field
  • 1โ€“2 years experience in digital loan, microfinance or banking is required

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, IT or related fields
  • 1โ€“2 years experience in call center or customer service is advantageous
  • Good communication in Amharic, English & Afan Oromo

  • Monitor loan repayments & follow overdue accounts
  • Record client communication & repayment details
  • Assist in reporting weekly/monthly loan performance
  • Identify potential payment risks & escalate serious cases
  • Support credit control and operations team
  • Maintain compliance with MFI policies

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • 1โ€“2 years experience in credit control/finance (internship acceptable)
  • Basic knowledge of loan tracking and credit processes
