  • Filing and organizing paper documents
  • Retrieving work materials that are out of reach
  • Accompanying employees within the office and during meetings or workshops
  • Providing travel assistance during field visits
  • Reading handwritten or printed documents for visually impaired staff
  • Acting as a sighted guide during meetings and events
  • Assisting with personal care tasks when necessary
  • Converting inaccessible documents into accessible formats
  • Performing other duties assigned by supervisors

  • BA Degree or Diploma (Level IV Certificate) in Social Science fields
