π Job Summary
The Junior Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling electric two-wheelers (E2W) and supporting manufacturing operations. The role focuses on assembling components, performing quality checks, and ensuring efficient production processes according to engineering specifications and factory procedures.
π Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electric two-wheelers and their components according to technical specifications
- Perform precision calibration and equipment adjustments using testing instruments
- Develop and follow assembly and testing procedures to ensure product quality
- Maintain assembly equipment and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain proper documentation for electric two-wheeler registrations
- Assemble equipment according to engineering drawings and instructions
- Perform cleaning of parts and components as per factory procedures
- Support warehouse team with material handling and movement
- Work with quality assurance teams to detect and resolve product defects
- Conduct product testing and document results
- Perform installation, inspection, reassembly, and adjustments of products
- Assist during emergency situations such as fire or safety incidents
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives
- Provide feedback to improve product design and assembly procedures
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills
π Education Requirement
- Bachelorβs Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Related Engineering fields
OR
- TVET qualification in relevant technical fields
πΌ Experience Requirement
- 6 months β 1 year experience working in a factory environment
- Experience with electric two-wheelers (E2W), electric three-wheelers (E3W), or similar products is preferred

- Knowledge of factory equipment and manufacturing tools
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

π Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information on products, repairs, subscriptions, and services
- Record customer interactions and complaints in CRM systems
- Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
Ticketing & Case Management
- Create and manage customer service tickets for repairs, returns, and service requests
- Track ticket resolution progress according to service timelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer cases
Collaboration with Other Teams
- Coordinate with repair and maintenance teams for service requests
- Work with logistics teams for product delivery or pickup
- Inform sales teams about potential leads or new customer inquiries
Feedback Collection & Reporting
- Record customer satisfaction scores (CSAT, NPS)
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve services
- Participate in team reviews and performance meetings
System Use & Compliance
- Use CRM, telephony, and ticketing systems to manage customer cases
