
Position: Sales Consultant
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Job Summary:
Promote and sell Kavod Real Estate projects, generate leads, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage potential clients and investors
- Promote and sell real estate properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up on leads and engage clients timely
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
