Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Summary:
Promote and sell Kavod Real Estate projects, generate leads, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage potential clients and investors
  • Promote and sell real estate properties
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Follow up on leads and engage clients timely
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
