Position: Route to Market Specialist
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Marketing
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Business Management
- Or related fields
Work Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Logistics
- Sales (preferably in FMCG environment)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with routing and logistics software
- Ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to recommend and implement efficient sales/logistics solutions
