Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Key Responsibilities
Promotion & Marketing
- Conduct market research and client outreach
- Promote financial products and attract new clients
- Support branch planning and budgeting activities
Loan & Saving Operations
- Process loan applications and conduct credit appraisal
- Evaluate collateral and prepare loan documents
- Disburse loans and collect repayments
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Portfolio Management
- Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayment
- Follow up on overdue loans
- Maintain strong client relationships through field visits
Qualifications
- Education:
- 10+2 / 10+3 / TVET Level II–IV / Diploma / Degree in:
- Economics
- Management
- Marketing
- Public Administration
- Rural Development
- Agricultural Economics or related fields
- 10+2 / 10+3 / TVET Level II–IV / Diploma / Degree in:
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Required Skills

Position 2: Branch Manager ‘D’
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and portfolio quality
- Lead staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure service quality
- Chair branch credit committee and approve loans
- Develop business plans and marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Qualifications

- Business Administration
- Management
- Banking & Finance or related fields
- Degree/Diploma in:
- Experience:
- 4 years (Degree) or 6 years (Diploma) relevant experience
Required Skills
