Open Positions
1. Junior Agronomist (Fresh Graduate)
- Education: BSc in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 years (Entry Level).
- Role: Research and implement planting and harvesting techniques to improve crop yield; monitor soil and pest conditions.
- Location: Kerchanshe Farm Sites.
2. Coffee Cupper
- Education: BSc in Biology, Food Science, Plant Science, or related fields with a Cupping Certificate.
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Role: Conduct sensory evaluations (SCA protocols) to determine coffee quality; identify defects; verify grades for export standards.
- Location: Gimbi, Adola, Kality, and Jimma laboratories.
3. Senior Field Service Engineer / Technician (Agri-Machinery)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 7–12 years in agricultural machinery service (tractors, harvesters, etc.).
- Role: High-level diagnostics, repair, and maintenance in field and workshop environments; mentor junior technicians.
- Location: Addis Ababa (requires frequent travel to rural farm sites).
4. Senior Aftersales Service Operations Manager
- Education: MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology. A Bachelor’s in Management is an advantage.
- Experience: 8–12 years in automotive aftersales, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Role: Execute strategy for workshop excellence, revenue growth, and customer retention; lead high-performing service teams.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
5. Senior Insurance Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or Finance.
- Experience: 6–8+ years of experience, specifically in vehicle/fleet insurance.
- Role: Oversee the corporate vehicle and asset insurance portfolio; manage complex claims and negotiate premiums.
- Location: Addis Ababa.
