Open Positions
1. Operations (Saving and Credit) Department Manager
- Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 9 years (MA) or 10 years (BA), including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Proven expertise in core microfinance operations.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
2. Senior Auditor
- Education: MA/BA in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 years (MA) or 7 years (BA).
- Skills: Proven skills in financial and operational auditing within a Microfinance (MFI) context.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
3. Accountant II
- Education: BA in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Experience in microfinance institutions and mandatory computer skills.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
4. Auditor I
- Education: BA in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an auditor in an MFI.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
5. Branch Auditor I
- Education: BA or Level 4 in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 0 years (BA) or 6 years (Level 4).
- Required Number: 4.
- Duty Stations: Goba, Assela, Hawassa, Debre Markos.
