- Trainee Officer (Kombolcha): BSc/BA in Civil/Mech Eng, IT, or related (Fresh grads, 2016 E.C. and above).
- Customer Service Officer (Dire Dawa, Kombolcha): BA in Marketing, Finance, Econ + 1 year banking/microfinance experience.
Senior Operational Positions
- Senior Customer Service Officer (Dire Dawa, Kombolcha, Jimma): BA + 3 years total exp (1 year banking/MFI).
- Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash (Dire Dawa, Kombolcha, Jimma): BA + 3 years total exp (1 year cash-vault/counter exp).
Leadership & Specialized Roles
- Interest-Free Microfinance Business Relationship Manager – I (Addis Ababa): MA/BA in Bus/Finance + 3 years exp (1 year in senior role/IFB).
- Area Manager (Jimma, Hawassa, Adama): MA (5 yrs exp) or BA (7 yrs exp) in Bus/Finance + 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
