School & Academic Leadership Career Opportunities
1. Teachers
Instructs students across various subjects (English, Physics, Math, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Economics, Social Science, Music, Art, ICT, Health, Marketing, Agriculture); requires BA/BSc/MA/MSc/BEd/PhD in respective fields + 2+ years of experience.
2. Principals
Manages overall school leadership and administration; requires BA/MA in Educational Administration, EPAM, Curriculum, or related fields + 5+ years experience for MA holders or 7+ years experience for BA holders.
3. Academic Supervisors
Oversees academic programs and teacher support; requires BA/BSc/BEd/MA/MSc in an education field + 10+ years of teaching experience (including at least 3 years as a supervisor or unit leader).
4. HR Admin Manager
Directs human resources and administrative operations; requires MA/BA in Leadership, Management, or Law + 10+ years of experience in an HR or administrative position.
