π Purpose of the Position
This internship provides recent graduates with hands-on experience in HR operations. Interns will support daily activities such as updating employee records, assisting recruitment processes, and learning payroll and employee development functions.
π€ Reporting To: Human Resource Manager
π§ Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HR and administration operations and employee file management
- Support documentation for new hires (IDs, credentials, health checks, etc.)
- Help schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and communicate with candidates
- Gather payroll data (leaves, working hours, bank details)
- Track staff performance objective submissions
- Maintain records on benefits, leave balances, and sick leave
β Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Graduation year: 2023, 2024, or 2025 onward
- Minimum GPA: 3.5
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Amharic and English
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Capable of handling confidential information

π Purpose of the Position
The Logistics Intern role aims to provide recent graduates with practical knowledge in procurement, supply chain management, and reporting. Interns will engage in procurement support, small-value purchasing, and inventory handling.
π€ Reporting To: Logistics Coordinator
π§ Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bid document handling and supplier communication
- Manage the mini store at the coordination office
- Support contract tracking and record keeping
- Handle low-value procurements and documentation
- Compile and submit monthly logistics reports
- Perform other duties assigned by the logistics team

- Bachelorβs Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Graduation year: Within the last two years
- Minimum GPA: 3.5
