Position: Customer Handling Officer
Role Summary:
As the primary point of contact, you will manage client interactions with hospitality, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring that all inquiries and complaints are addressed or escalated efficiently.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or the service industry is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in both Amharic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Reception: Greet and receive clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Issue Management: Log customer queries, complaints, and service requests in the tracking system; provide regular updates on their status.
- Coordination: Forward unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on their resolution.
- Support & Documentation: Assist clients with documentation requirements and project updates; maintain accurate records of all engagements.
- Administrative Maintenance: Ensure the front office/reception space remains clean, organized, and ready for customers.
