- Lead and supervise all activities in the Finance Department
- Mobilize and secure institutional funds
- Oversee efficient loan disbursement and collection

- Manage accounting systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare and consolidate budgets, reports, and financial statements
- Conduct financial analysis and liquidity management

π Qualification and Experience
- Education: MA or BA in Accounting and Finance
- Experience: 7 years (MA) / 9 years (BA), including 2 years in a managerial/similar position

- Direct and supervise accounting division operations
