🧑💼 Position: Bank Trainee (Graduate) – External
Shabelle Bank is seeking dynamic and motivated fresh graduates to join its growing team as Bank Trainees. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your banking career with a progressive financial institution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash receipts and payments within authorized limits
- Attend and assist customers at the counter with professionalism
- Open customer accounts and promote bank products and services
- Scan and manage signatures and photographs of customers and authorized staff
- Post business transactions and prepare cash/non-cash instruments
- Clear negotiable instruments and process standing orders, amendments, refunds, and revocations
- Deliver and collect cash to/from the Till Administrator
- Verify customer identities and ensure accurate posting of transactions
📚 Required Qualification
- B.A. Degree in Accounting, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, or other related fields
- Experience: Fresh Graduates Only
🛠️ Required Skill
- Account Management skills with attention to accuracy and customer service
