1. Store Keeper
- General Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving and recording new stock, moving stock, monitoring stock levels, and providing advice and information about stock to concerned staff.
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Store and handle materials/parts per procedures; receive/issue materials against documents; request support for inspections; maintain Bin Cards; arrange store layout; tag items; keep store clean and safe; report shortages/overages/damages; ensure documents support all transactions; sign documents to confirm processes; issue items using same units of measurement; advise Workshop controller for purchase requisitions; provide stock information; use proper material handling and safety signs; reconcile physical balances; keep proper file of documents.
- Required Number: 1
- Qualification: Diploma or B.A. Degree in Supply Chain Management or Management or related field.
- Work Experience: 6 years for Diploma or 4 Years for B.A. Degree in a relevant role.
- Required Competence: Communication – both verbal and written, Computer literate with good numeric skills.
- Requirement Skill: Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint), Communication.
2. Market Analyst
- General Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and conduct market intelligence activities including collecting and analyzing information about market trends, competitors, and customers for strategic decision-making (market opportunity, market penetration, market development).
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Plan/organize/direct market intelligence; initiate market intelligence for new customers/emerging markets; conduct market intelligence and make recommendations; ensure systematic collection/review/analysis of market information; study market conditions/regulations/competitors/products/customers; understand competitor products/services and communicate differentiation; conduct client interviews/surveys; maintain in-depth knowledge of markets/trends; maintain strict confidentiality.

- Qualification: B.A. Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Work Experience: 6 years in a relevant role.
- Skills and Abilities: Computer skill, excellent written and oral communication skills, English language proficiency, Strong research and analytical skill, Networking and conversation ability, Digital skill – well versed in internet advertising and media.

3. Branding Officer
- General Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for creating a unique brand, ensuring brand recognizability, planning promotions, changing public perception as needed, while maintaining company policy, and legal/ethical requirements.
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Develop effective strategies/programs for promotion/branding; create enduring brand message; develop/recommend brand positioning and pricing strategy; ensure effective, branded marketing communications; develop/manage advertising campaigns; monitor market trends and oversee advertising/marketing activities; analyze brand and current strategy; work closely with all work units; develop high quality/effective marketing materials.

- Qualification: BA in Marketing or Business Management.
- Work Experience: 6 years in a relevant role.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to work closely with sales and marketing people, as well as customers; Networking and conversation ability; Strong research and analytical skill; Experience of the full marketing mix; Digital skill – well versed in internet advertising and media.

4. Assistant General Manager
- General Duties and Responsibilities: Provide assistance to the General Manager on managing strategic business matters, receive/analyze/summarize reports, and prepare/manage meeting schedules, agendas, and presentations.
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Support General Manager with executive leadership; assist in developing strategic plans/policies; assist in monitoring operations/business activities; assist in investment decisions; support in ensuring fit-for-purpose management/organizational structure; coordinate with senior managers for adherence to legal requirements/policies; ensure vigorous processes for performance targets; receive/review/summarize reports for General Manager; oversee information analysis for decision-making; assist in fostering positive business partner relationships; analyze problematic situations and propose solutions; recommend future business strategies; support implementation of audit recommendations; review/monitor risk management frameworks; support strategy translation into objectives.
- Required Number: 1
- Qualification: B.A. Degree or MBA Degree in management or related field.
- Work Experience: 12 years for B.A. Degree graduate and 10 years for MBA Degree in related role.
- Required Skills: Proven knowledge on financial planning and management; Ability to build good relationships with company stakeholders; Good Knowledge and adequate experience in Corporate Governance; Proven negotiation and conflict management skills; Proactive, good analytical and problem-solving skill; Ability to inspire confidence and create trust; Adequate business knowledge, managerial ability, sound judgement, ability to interact and work effectively with others; Excellent written and oral communication, reporting and presentation skills; Basic computer skill and English language proficiency.
