Digital Channel Officer
Ahadu Bank is seeking a qualified and experienced Digital Channel Officer to manage and optimize the organization’s digital presence and communication channels. This role is crucial for enhancing customer experience, driving engagement, and promoting products or services through various digital platforms.
About the Job:
The Digital Channel Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, managing online content, analyzing digital metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a consistent brand message and effective online performance.
About You:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSC) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field of study.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a relevant position, of which 1 year as a Junior Card Banking Officer or a related position.
