
Kerchanshe Trading Company is hiring a Sales Officer to drive sales growth, expand its market presence, and build strong customer relationships in assigned regional territories.
Responsibilities
The Sales Officer is responsible for developing long-lasting customer relationships and calling potential customers to promote products. Other duties include:
- Answering customer questions and escalating complex issues.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, appointments, and complaints.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to reach the target audience.
- Informing product developers about potential improvements.
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for customers.
- Analyzing competitors’ products.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of work experience as a Sales Officer in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products. Experience in shops, supermarkets, and van sales is advantageous.
- Skills: Proven sales experience, sound knowledge of sales strategies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation skills, and effective communication.
