Program Phases:

1 Month Virtual Assessment: The program begins with intensive community mapping and needs assessment, providing participants with tools and knowledge to assess their communities.
In-Person in the USA (10 days): Participants will travel to the United States in July 2024 for 10 days, bringing with them an issue in their community they want to address.
Virtual Project Implementation: After returning from the United States, participants will implement and execute their ideas in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Young leaders from around the world, aged 18-26 at the start of the program (June 1, 2024)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Identify an issue in their community related to education, health, or economic security
Eligible for an appropriate visa and travel documentation
