Regional District Leadership Positions

1. Branch Manager I

  • Location / Duty Station: Branches under the Dire Dawa District
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years of relevant, progressive banking experience.
  • Mandatory Leadership Threshold: Out of the 6 years, a minimum of 1 year must be spent explicitly serving as a Branch Manager, Manager of Branch Operations, Business Manager, or an equivalent supervisory banking role.

2. Manager, Branch Sales and Customer Service

  • Location / Duty Station: Branches under the Dire Dawa District
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience within the commercial banking sector.
  • Language Skill Preference: Full proficiency in both Af-Somali and Amharic is highly preferred for these commercial slots.

Head Office Administrative Roles

3. Human Capital Clerk

  • Location / Duty Station: Head Office (Human Capital Operations Department)
  • Education: Level IV / 10+3 / Technical Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or related organizational fields.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of active clerical/administrative experience focused inside human capital or human resource operations departments.

4. Administrative Assistant

  • Location / Duty Station: Head Office
  • Education: Technical Diploma / Level IV Certification in Secretarial Science and Office Management, or a closely related vocational field.
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of relevant workplace experience handling executive scheduling, document formatting, and front-office coordination.
