Engineering & Technical Leadership Roles
1. Head, System Integration Section
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related software engineering discipline.
- Experience Options: * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior System Integration Officer or equivalent; OR * 9 years of relevant technology experience within the banking industry; OR
- 2 years of active service serving directly as a Head of System Integration, or 10 years of total generalized computing experience.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate salary scale.
2. Property Valuation Supervisor
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience Options:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Property Valuation Engineer or equivalent; OR * 8 years of relevant asset valuation experience within the banking sector; OR
- 2 years of active service running a team as a Property Valuation Supervisor, or 9 years of total relevant civil engineering/valuation experience.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate salary scale.
3. Machinery & Equipment Valuation Engineer II
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related industrial engineering field.
- Experience Options:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machinery & Equipment Valuation Engineer I or equivalent; OR * 5 years of structural valuation experience inside the banking industry; OR
- 2 years of active service operating at a Valuation Engineer II tier, or 6 years of generalized technical engineering experience.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate salary scale.
Administration & Fleet Operations Support Roles
4. Property Administration Assistant
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Education & Experience Requirements:
- For BA Degree Holders: BA in Management with a minimum of 1 year of active experience as a Property Administration Assistant or an equivalent administrative track.
- For Diploma / TVET Holders: Diploma / TVET 10+3 / Level IV Certificate in Management paired with a valid COC Award and a minimum of 2 years of experience in property administration.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate salary scale.
5. Driver
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Education & License Requirements: TVET 10+2 / Level III Certificate in Auto Mechanics or Automotive Technology, a valid 3rd Grade Driving License, and a mandatory COC Award.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent fleet handling tracking.
- Selection Note: Qualified candidates must sit for and clear a practical driving examination administered by the bank.
