1. Receptionist

• Location: Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering telephones, screening, and directing calls.
• Providing information to callers.
• Greeting persons entering the organization.
• Directing persons to the correct destination.
• Dealing with queries from the public and customers.
• Ensuring knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
• Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness.
• Providing general administrative and clerical support.
• Preparing correspondence and documents.
• Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining an appointment diary either manually or electronically.
• Organizing conference and meeting room bookings.
• Coordinating meetings and organizing catering.
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment.
• Controlling inventory relevant to the reception area.
• Tidying and maintaining the reception area.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Diploma or degree in office management, secretarial science, Computer Science, or other business-related fields.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Keyboard skills.
• Fluent in English (Mandatory).

Physical Requirements:

• Presentable and able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the company standards.
