1. Marketing Coordinator

Skills and Educational Background:

• BA degree in marketing and related fields, with 2 years and above (equivalent experience).
• Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM).
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Research and analytical skills.
• An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.

Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Type: On-site – Permanent (Full-time)

Salary/Compensation: Monthly

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the design and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conducting customer research.
• Producing copy for promotional materials.
• Aligning team members under cross-departmental marketing activities.
• Supporting marketing personnel with tasks such as market research, data organization, and operational support.
• Helping to ensure that marketing initiatives are completed on time and that workloads are manageable.
