Vacancy Announcement: Administrative Assistant I at National Bank of Ethiopia

The National Bank of Ethiopia is seeking qualified and competent candidates to fill the position of Administrative Assistant I in Dire Dawa city, Dire Dawa.

Job Description:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, including employees and customers
  • Typing reports and other periodic performance reports
  • Managing and organizing files and records
  • Facilitating office facilities such as stationery and other supplies
  • Organizing and arranging meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports of the meetings
  • Receiving and handling different incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Preparing letters/memos and distributing them to concerned parties
  • Following up and ensuring timely dispatch of outgoing letters and correspondences
  • Registering all outgoing letters and correspondences and maintaining proper filing
  • Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes, study documents, and others
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Skills and Educational Background:

  • Diploma or Level IV in Customer Contact and Secretarial Operation Coordination, Secretarial Science, Administrative Secretary, Office Administration and Secretarial Science, and Administrative Services Management & Technology System or related fields
  • No prior experience required, but Coc Level IV obligatory
  • Age shall not exceed 40 years
