Job Description:

Duty & Responsibility:

• Generate new leads by meeting with customers
• Set sales targets and plan to reach them
• Discuss, negotiate, and close sales agreements
• Prospect and network with adherence to company policies
• Research prospecting clients and engage with buyers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers
• Ability to track customers’ problems

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree in business management, marketing, or related fields
• 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

2. Sales Supervision

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: Attractive Plus Commission

Qty Req: 4

Job Description:

Duty & Responsibilities:

• Supervise a sales team and provide training and coaching
• Develop sales tactics to achieve team sales goals and boost revenues
• Track, collect, and interpret sales figures and reports
• Ensure sales team members have necessary resources
• Assist in negotiations and closings between clients and salespersons
• Stay informed about the real estate industry
• Perform administrative duties
• Keep updated stock information and share with the sales team
• Control and oversee sales team activities in the CRM system
• Contribute personal sales efforts to sell properties

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years or more of experience as a real estate sales supervisor or 4 years or more as a real estate salesperson
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms
