Job Description:

• Location: Addis Ababa

• Program Purpose: The Young Graduate Trainee Program – Business (YGTPB) is a three-month program designed to provide new graduates with a strong knowledge of all aspects of Zemen Bank’s business. The program combines classroom and on-the-job training opportunities to prepare participants for roles that maximize their strengths, ambitions, and aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Complete in-depth training modules to better understand the bank’s practices, operations, and business strategies.
• Maintain positive work habits that contribute to the bank’s growth and profitability.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Be a good team player with a strong passion for the industry.
