Position: ILRI Internship: AGRA VALUE4HER Program

Location: ILRI Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Skill Requirements:

Internship Requirements:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate university degree program or diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Economics, Business Administration, Gender Studies, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data management, people mobilization, or similar roles.
• Experience working with digital platforms and familiarity with the agricultural sector is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
• Understanding of gender dynamics and the socio-cultural context affecting women agripreneurs.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to respond promptly to member inquiries, provide support, and address concerns.

Terms of Appointment:

• A monthly stipend to meet accommodation, transport, and day-to-day living expenses.
• Medical insurance.
