1. Contract Admin Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa
Salary Range: 20,001 – 30,000 ETB

Job Summary:
Assist the Contract Admin Division Head in preparing and certifying schedules, processing bid checks, approving payments, and preparing payment certificates. Ensure contract administration (contractors and customers) is done in strict conformity with contract documents and drawings.

Skill and Educational Background:

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum of 7 years of working experience, preferably in construction or the real estate sector

2. Site Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa
Salary Range: 10,000 – 20,000 ETB

Job Summary:
Provide technical advice to construction crews and subcontractors, organize and supervise construction projects, undertake surveys, and ensure technical designs and drawings are accurate.

Skill and Educational Background:

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum of 4 years of working experience

3. Office Engineer

Location: Addis Ababa
Salary Range: 20,001 – 30,000 ETB
Number of Positions: 2

Job Summary:
Administer contractors’ work, inspect work sites, monitor project budgets and schedules, and verify payment certificates. Analyze and recommend contract changes and prepare amendments.

Skill and Educational Background:

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in real estate or construction

4. Senior Field Sales Consultant

Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: Negotiable
Number of Positions: 20

Job Summary:
Lead, control, and coach sales officers, and execute sales quotas.

Job Requirements:

BA Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales

5. Office Engineer Head

Location: Addis Ababa
Salary Range: 20,001 – 30,000 ETB

Job Summary:
Coordinate with consultants, agencies, contractors, and property owners. Supervise office staff, assess contract submissions, and administer contractors’ work. Ensure compliance with contract documents and inspect work sites to monitor project budgets and schedules.

Skill and Educational Background:

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum of 8 years of working experience, preferably in construction and real estate
