Position: Production Team Leader

Location: Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the production plan, ensuring product quality and asset care.
• Coach team members in the correct execution of tasks, both operational and technical.
• Ensure team adherence to operational, quality, and process standards, maintenance schedules, and performance targets.
• Oversee autonomous maintenance tasks and running repairs during shifts.
• Align team goals and regularly review to ensure consistent performance.
• Support problem-solving using techniques like 5Why, quick fixes, etc.
• Track and monitor waste management.

Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Educational Requirement: First Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
