1. Position: Human Resource Officer

• Purpose of the Job:
  Implement HR strategies and policies in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance. This role also fosters a positive organizational culture, enhances employee engagement, and aligns HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Job Requirements:
• Qualification: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, including 1 year as a Junior HR Officer.
• Location: Dessie District

2. Position: Senior Human Resource Officer

• Purpose of the Job:
  Implement HR strategies and policies in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance. This role fosters a positive organizational culture, boosts employee engagement, and supports business objectives.
• Job Requirements:
• Qualification: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years as an HR Officer.
• Location: Dessie District
