Available Positions

1. Branch Manager I

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in a senior position.
Place of Work: Nationwide (all over Ethiopia).

2. Senior Strategy Management & Planning Officer

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or business-related fields.
- Experience: At least 6 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in an officer position, preferably in a bank or microfinance institution.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

3. Junior Application Systems Administrator (Re-advertised)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
  Note: Only 2023/2024 graduates with a CGPA of 3.0 and above are eligible.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa and Hawassa.

4. Junior Digital Banking Officer (Re-advertised)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
  Note: Only 2023/2024 graduates with a CGPA of 3.0 and above are eligible.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa and Hawassa.
