1. Senior IT Infrastructure Security Officer
Job Description:
- Implement secure networks and ensure components like antivirus software and endpoint security solutions work together effectively.
- Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate violations.
- Protect servers, computers, networks, and data against threats like cyber-attacks and viruses.
- Proactively ensure IT infrastructure is secure, protected, and up-to-date against emerging threats.
- Remediate security incidents and communicate with top management about potential business repercussions.
- Perform proactive housekeeping of IT infrastructure, including VPN and WAN/LAN connectivity.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network logs to resolve issues.
- Maintain firewalls, Security Information Event Management (SIEM), and other security tools.
- Conduct periodic IT security audits and prepare activity/progress reports.
- Stay updated on the latest IT security trends and recommend improvements.
- Build a culture of pro-activity, business cooperation, and exceptional service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Education: 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.

2. IT Officer (IT Infrastructure Security Officer)
Job Description:
- Protect assets and operate Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and processes.
- Oversee enterprise security systems; detect, respond to, and resolve incidents.
- Protect applications and data against threats.
- Conduct periodic IT security audits and prepare activity/progress reports.
- Maintain enterprise-wide applications and IAM processes and procedures.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system logs to resolve issues.
- Monitor usage to ensure data security and optimize application performance.
- Maintain Security Information Event Management (SIEM) and other security tools.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and external standards.
- Stay updated on the latest IT security trends and recommend improvements.
- Build a culture of pro-activity, business cooperation, and exceptional service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Education: 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Mandatory Requirements for Both Positions:
- Proven SOC experience with expertise in SIEM, WAF, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Strong knowledge of threat detection, analysis, and incident response.
- Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
