1. PM Technician

Role Description:
The PM Technician is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, including filling, packing, washing, boiler plant compressors, and other machinery. This role includes inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Follow safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
• Train operators in maintenance tools and techniques.
• Perform breakdown analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts and monitor stock levels.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications:

• Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
