1. Branch Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage branch staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting company products/services.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0 years of working experience.

2. Technical Expert

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented technician.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in electrical and mechanical repairs.
  • Bread machine repair and various machine repairs.
  • Electrical wiring.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical and Vocational Level 4 in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or similar field.
  • Experience: 0 – 1 year of work experience in sanitation.
  • Able to provide a guarantor.
  • Residential address close to the branch where the candidate is applying.

3. Waiter

Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and possesses excellent communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
  • Greet and seat customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Present menus and take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and overall dining area.
  • Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Completion of 10th or 12th Grade.
  • Experience: 0 years of working experience.
  • We prioritize customer handling and active waitress experience.
