1. Senior Trading Officer

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or CFA certification is preferred.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in an investment bank.

2. Senior Risk and Compliance Officer

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial position.

3. Senior Research Officer

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

4. Senior Human Resource Officer

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in HR.

5. Senior Financial Officer

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4 years of relevant work experience in Finance.

6. Senior Advisory Officer

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of successful client engagements.

7. Senior Administrative Assistant

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or professional support function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English.

8. Chief, Risk and Compliance

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial position.

9. Chief, Research Department

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
