Siinqee Bank is a transformation of the former Oromia Credit and Saving Share Company. - Qualification: BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years total, with at least 1 year as Internal Controller, CSO, CRO, or equivalent in the banking sector

- Experience: 3/4 years general experience, with at least 1 year as Junior Banking Officer or equivalent

- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in related fields
- Experience: 4/5 years total, with 1 year as CSM I, Manager BOM-I, Senior CSO-Cash II, or equivalent

4. Senior Compliance Management Officer I
- Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in related fields
