Roen Manufacturing PLC is looking for qualified and motivated professionals to join its team for the following positions:
🧾 Position 1: Finance Officer
📚 Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar finance/accounting role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it clearly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Fluency in English required; Amharic is an asset.
🚗 Position 2: Driver
📚 Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Ethiopian Driver’s License (Class 3 or above).
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in corporate or logistics environments.
- Good knowledge of Addis Ababa’s roads and surrounding areas.
- Effective communication skills in English; Amharic is an advantage.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading/unloading.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance or report issues promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
