🔹 Position 1: Logistics Operation Manager

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate logistics strategies, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and align logistics operations across multiple business units
• Optimize transportation routes, modes, and distribution costs
• Manage inventory, fuel operations, and ensure on-time delivery
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements
• Lead and coach the logistics team
• Stay updated with industry best practices and compliance regulations

✅ Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Accounting, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in FMCG/multinational company
• Skills:
  • Logistics software (TMS) proficiency
  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability
  • Excellent team leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of international and domestic transportation regulations
