The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading Ethiopost’s growth by identifying and managing strategic partnerships, market expansion, and diversification of services beyond traditional postal operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure business development efforts align with strategic goals and revenue targets
- Drive partnerships and service innovation across government services, logistics, financial services, and e-commerce
- Oversee Ethiopost’s business portfolio and client relations
- Develop and present business proposals and financial forecasts
- Conduct market research to monitor trends and competitor activities
- Build partnerships with financial institutions, government agencies, and digital platforms
- Prepare MoUs, SLAs, and contracts
- Develop new service models: digital payments, agency services, e-commerce, logistics
- Monitor KPIs, revenue trends, and customer insights
- Report monthly and quarterly on business performance
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

The Agent Network Manager will lead the design and execution of strategies to grow Ethiopost’s agent network, expanding the organization’s reach in the digital finance and retail space.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute agent network expansion strategies
- Recruit, train, and support agents across regions
- Implement agent performance management systems
- Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, and network productivity
- Develop SOPs for agent operations
- Identify and formalize partnerships with strategic agents and institutions
- Provide regular support and marketing materials to regional teams
- Produce regular reports analyzing trends and performance
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Marketing, IT, Economics, or Management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital financial services, fintech, telecom, or agency banking
