Reports To: HR Officer – HR Service

✅ Job Purpose:
Responsible for receiving and handling visitors and calls with professionalism, managing correspondence, and supporting People Management Department in administrative tasks. Ensures smooth front-desk operations and excellent first impression for guests and clients.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Politely welcome and guide visitors to appropriate staff
- Prevent unauthorized entry into the premises
- Register, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing letters
- Support HR/admin-related routines
- Handle incoming calls, redirect or take messages accurately and promptly
- Assist with making international calls and maintain call log
- Review and route telephone bills for verification and approval
- Maintain neat and professional reception area
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by HR
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management, Management, or related fields
🧠 Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
💼 Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation and professionalism
- Computer literacy (especially business-related software)
- Attention to detail and adaptability
