Roen Manufacturing PLC is looking for qualified and motivated professionals to join its team for the following positions:

📚 Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar finance/accounting role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sectors.
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian financial regulations and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent tools.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it clearly.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
Fluency in English required; Amharic is an asset.

📚 Required Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Ethiopian Driver’s License (Class 3 or above).
Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in corporate or logistics environments.
Good knowledge of Addis Ababa’s roads and surrounding areas.
Effective communication skills in English; Amharic is an advantage.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Physically fit and capable of assisting with loading/unloading.
Trustworthy, punctual, and safety-focused.
Ability to perform minor vehicle maintenance or report issues promptly.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
