Enat Bank is hiring for several positions, including senior and principal roles, as well as one junior position for fresh graduates. The deadline to apply is August 15, 2025. All positions are located in Addis Ababa.
Senior and Principal Positions
- Senior Corporate Credit Analyst: Requires an MBA/MA with 3.5 years of experience or a BA with 5.5 years, with at least two years as a relevant officer. A valid CCNA or equivalent certification is mandatory, and CCNP or an equivalent is preferable.
- Senior Corporate Customer Relationship Officer: Requires an MBA/MA with 3.5 years of experience or a BA with 5.5 years, with at least one year as a Corporate Customer Relationship Officer.
- Principal Corporate Credit Analyst: Requires an MBA/MA with 3.5 years of experience or a BA with 5.5 years, with at least one year as a Senior Credit Analyst (Corporate or SME), Senior Credit Workout Officer, or Senior District Credit Analyst.
- Principal Corporate Customer Relationship Officer I: Requires an MBA/MA with 3.5 years of experience or a BA with 5.5 years, with at least one year in a senior officer role such as Senior Corporate Customer Relationship Officer, Senior Credit Analyst (Corporate or SME), or Senior CIC/Credit MIS Officer.
- Senior Network and Hardware Administrator: Requires a BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6.5/4.5 years of experience. At least two of these years must be as a relevant officer, preferably in the banking industry. A valid CCNA or equivalent certification is mandatory, and CCNP or an equivalent is preferable.
- Senior Innovation & Business Research Officer: Requires a BA/MBA/MA with 5.5/3.5 years of experience, with at least two years as a relevant officer, preferably in the banking industry.
- Senior Credit Review Officer: Requires a BA/MBA/MA with 5.5/3.5 years of experience, with at least two years as a relevant officer, preferably in the banking industry.
Junior Position
- Junior Innovation & Business Research Officer: This role is open to graduates from 2024 and 2025 G.C. with a BA in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields. No prior experience is required, but a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 is needed. Applicants must be 25 years old or younger and have passed their Exit Exam.
