🔥 Job Position: Sales Capability Manager
📌 Main Responsibilities
The Sales Capability Manager is responsible for driving capability development across the sales organization by empowering people, optimizing tools, and improving processes to enhance trade execution and competitiveness.
Key duties include:
- Assessing & developing sales standards: Continuously evaluate sales practices and introduce improved standards, processes, and ways of working.
- Sales team capability development:
- Lead and deliver the company’s Capability Development Plan.
- Identify competency gaps and design training programs tailored for all levels of field-force (DSM to Distributor Sales Representatives).
- Ensure training quality meets company standards on both content and delivery.
- Lead the coaching culture:
- Act as the lead coach for sales leaders.
- Promote and uphold a strong coaching culture by ensuring managers consistently coach their teams in the field.
- Model the behaviors required to achieve sales objectives.
🎯 About You – Qualifications
- BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales & marketing within the FMCG sector
- At least 1 year of management-level sales experience (advantageous)
