Role Summary: This is an entry-level position focused on providing exceptional service to our customers, handling banking transactions, and supporting branch operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates only).
- Eligible Graduation Years: 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Age Requirement: Below 30 years old.
- Location: Branches within the Tigray Region.
Academic Requirements
- Cumulative GPA:
- Male: 3.00 and above
- Female: 2.75 and above
- Exit Exam Result: 50% and above (Mandatory).
