Open Positions
1. Branch Manager
- Education: M.A. or B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: * M.A. holders: 5 years of banking experience.
- B.A. holders: 7 years of banking experience.
- Mandatory: At least 2 years must be in a core banking leadership role such as Business Manager, Operation Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
- Location: Newly to be opened Delanta and Tulu Awliya Branches (under Dessie District).
2. Civil Engineer
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years as an Associate Civil Engineer or equivalent position.
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa).
3. Attorney
- Education: LL.B Degree in Law.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years as an Associate Attorney or equivalent position.
- Location: Not Specified.
