Job Summary

The Branch Business Relationship Manager – IFB is responsible for planning and leading business development activities. The primary focus is attracting and managing financial relationships to grow deposits and Interest-Free Financing/Investment portfolios. You will promote IFB products, manage risks according to Shari’ah principles, and ensure high levels of customer retention.

Candidate Profile

1. Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
Added Advantage: Diploma or Certificate specifically in Islamic Banking or Finance.

2. Experience

Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in the banking sector.

3. Functional & Technical Competencies

In-depth understanding of IFB operations, Shari’ah principles, and associated risks.
Expertise in modern sales, marketing, and networking within the financial services industry.
Extensive background in credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Digital Savviness: Ability to leverage digital tools to drive innovation and growth.
