1. Manager, Management Information System (MIS)
- Education: BSc Degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 8 years of demonstrated experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position of IS operations.
- Location: Head Office
- Note: IFB training certification is advantageous.
2. Branch Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 6 years of Banking Operations experience.
- Location: Addis Ababa, Mekoy (North Shewa)
- Note: IFB training certification is advantageous.
3. Branch Operation Supervisor
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years of Banking Operations experience.
- Location: Addis Ababa, Hara, Mekoy (North Shewa)
- Note: Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
4. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years of banking experience.
- Location: Addis Ababa, Mekoy (North Shewa)
- Note: IFB training certification is advantageous.
5. Customer Service Officer II
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 years of Banking Operations experience.
- Location: Addis Ababa, Mekoy (North Shewa)
- Note: Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
