Position: Junior Technicians (Battery & Solar Systems)

We are seeking hands-on Junior Technicians to support our battery refurbishment, system assembly, solar installations, and field operations.

• Education: Diploma or TVET in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
• Core Requirements: * Basic understanding of electrical systems.
  • Strong work ethic and professional discipline.
  • Willingness to work in both workshop and field environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or training with solar or battery systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
